Wingate is pleased to welcome Georgina Lynch, an expert in the property and financial services sectors with over 30 years of combined executive and board knowledge, to the Wingate Group Holdings Board.
Ms Lynch brings to Wingate significant experience across all classes of property and in corporate transactions, capital raisings, initial public offerings, funds management, corporate strategy, acquisitions and divestments.
She is currently Chair of Cbus Property and also serves on the Boards of Vicinity Centres, Waypoint REIT and Evolve Housing.
Farrel Meltzer, CEO and Chairman of Wingate, said: “Georgina’s extensive experience in our sector will undoubtedly add real, tangible benefits to the
group as a whole. She is a highly accomplished business leader, and we are looking forward to working with her.”
Her appointment was the result of an extensive search for a high calibre non-executive director to complement the existing experienced directors on the Wingate Board.
On her appointment, Ms Lynch commented: ”I am pleased to join the Wingate Board in what is their 20th year. As a leading investment manager in the private credit sector, I look forward to working with Farrel and the team to support their exciting growth plans.”
