Investment Opportunities

The Wingate Corporate Credit Funds (WCCF1, WCCF2 and WCCF3) are investment funds that co-invest alongside the Shareholders, Directors, and Management of Wingate, creating a powerful alignment of private investors.

Primary private debt

Lending to mid-market businesses in Australia and New Zealand. In the current environment, more companies are seeking debt capital, and fewer financiers can provide it.

Secondary private debt

Purchasing existing debt securities in the market at a discount. Many securities have become mispriced as forced sellers exacerbate downward price movements into a market with few buyers.
