Wingate has closed an $11.2 million mezzanine construction facility supporting the delivery of a design led residential development in inner urban Melbourne.
The project includes a ground floor retail component and basement parking and is positioned to meet demand for high quality, owner occupier focused housing in an established location with strong amenities.
Construction is progressing under a fixed price, fixed time design and construct contract, supporting delivery certainty and program alignment.
