Wingate Investment Partners Trusts provide investors with a smooth and stable investment experience, uncorrelated to volatile and uncertain financial markets.
WIPs are a series of investment vehicles that co-invest with the Shareholders, Directors and Management of Wingate. Funds under management in the WIPs are now in excess of $500m.
The WIPs invest primarily in a diversified portfolio of secured debt with contractually determined outcomes. Deployed funds have consistently yielded double-digit returns, and are expected to continue to do so, which make this investment particularly attractive in an environment of record-low interest rates.
The WIPs stand first in line for all Wingate debt investments and unitholders receive priority co-investment access where additional capacity is available.
