Adrian has over 20 years of experience in financial markets and the investments industry.
His career includes roles at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Perpetual and National Australia Bank spanning over London, Singapore and Melbourne.
Adrian’s strengths come from the diversity of his experiences across multiple asset classes, dealing with different cultures and his proven ability to grow business markets.

Marina is a Director of Investor Services at Wingate. She has over 16 years’ experience working across wealth & finance businesses at NAB Private, ANZ Bank and PWC. Prior to joining Wingate, she was a Private Client Director at NAB overseeing relationship management of high net worth individuals, executives and family office groups. Marina holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business Systems degrees from Monash University as well as Diploma in Financial Services.

Kay has over 15 years’ experience working in the banking and finance industry primarily focused on relationship management of high net worth individuals. She is skilled in Portfolio Management, Business Relationship Management, Risk Management and Banking & Financial Services. Kay has a strong understanding of the complexities that come with managing HNW clients crafted through years of experience in finance, the majority of which have been in private banking.

Jie has over 18 years banking experience with NAB, Westpac, Citibank and CBA and managing Asian High Net Worth Individuals and Family Office relationships. His expertise includes assisting with Foreign Currencies, Private Placements, Structured Products and other financial market investments.
Prior to joining Wingate, Jie was a Senior Private Banker at NAB focusing on managing relationships with Significant Investor Visa (SIV) clients.
Jie holds an MBA with Monash University and a Diploma of Financial Planning with Kaplan.

His career includes roles at ABN AMRO Morgans, Macquarie Private Wealth and Westpac Private Bank in Melbourne.
David’s core strengths come from demonstrating an ability to build relationships and service high net worth families, individuals and charitable organisations.

Joshua brings a broad range of skills and network to Wingate with over 10 years of experience in general business, venture capital, and corporate law. Joshua applies both a personable and strategic approach to his business development, client management, and capital-raising activities. Joshua also holds various communal leadership positions across local and international charities and organisations.
Tim has over a decade of experience in building and managing a network of Private Banks and Ultra High-Net Worth Family Offices. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and pleasure in connecting people, Tim co-founded The Next Co., a global network of next-gen family offices focusing on investment, education, collaboration, and networking.
Tim has a long history as a private investor across multiple asset classes and fundamentally understands the desires of today’s investors.
Previous to joining Wingate, Tim also worked with Betfair in the UK.

Renee has 15 years of proven track record in building Asian inbound and outbound businesses. Renee has held senior roles with ShineWing, PwC and Commonwealth Bank of Australia where she developed their Asian strategies and supported a broad range of family businesses and private clients on their investment strategies from and into Asia across major industries. She has a strong established network and client base and thrives on growing businesses via collaboration and relationship building in the capital market both domestically and internationally.
Renee holds a masters degree in Accounting and Commercial Law and is currently studying towards dual accreditations in Family Business Advisor and Family Wealth Advisor at Family Firm Institution Boston.

Dale has over 10 years of experience across CBA and Westpac. Most of his experience has involved looking after Asian high net worth individuals and families, including new migrants to Australia. As a member of the Asian team at Westpac Private Bank, Dale provided lending and investment solutions that solved the unique needs of his high net worth clients. Through his years of experience in private banking, he has built a deep understanding of different kinds of financial products including structured products, managed funds, and equity investments.
Dale holds a bachelor degree of commerce in Accounting from Macquarie University. He is also a RG146 accredited Financial Adviser.

Gini’s experience spans structured finance, business development, and strategy. She started her career at Cantor Fitzgerald in New York, analysing and structuring CMBS transactions. Prior to joining Wingate in Sydney, Gini worked in Los Angeles and Hong Kong, in business development and strategy for international firms and private businesses. She has worked across cultures and brings an international perspective to Wingate.
Gini graduated with distinction from Duke University in the U.S., with a major in Political Science, minor in French, and certificate in Markets and Management.
